Yesterday’s workout is really slowing you down, you seem to be getting sorer by the minute, you know the end result will be worth it, but why does it have to hurt so bad? (Maybe it doesn’t.)
Or...Is This You?
You wake up in the morning, you’re eager to climb out of bed. Correction, your mind is eager, your body aches…
...it hurts, it frustrates you because getting older shouldn’t mean that things like arthritis slow you down.
It shouldn’t have to hurt as you drape your legs over the edge of the bed, dreading that initial moment you try to stand up and the sharp pains you feel…
...your knees, hips and ankles.
Then your aching back joins in as you try to stand tall, why does dealing with age and arthritis have to hurt like this? (Maybe it doesn’t.)
Or...Is This You?
It’s frustrating, it just feels like it takes so much effort, things that used to be easy feel exhausting in minutes.
The ongoing aches you feel they just keep getting worse.
You’ve been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Fibromyalgia) at least now I guess it has a name, but that’s not much comfort.
You’re sick of the pain and wish there was a way to at least get some relief. (Maybe there is.)
